’ll update info on my '65 Corvair (My first car purchase) Crown conversion, which was originally completed in 1969. I’m starting over with her totally shelled out. Building a complete tube chassis by my son who was born in 1969 when I started this lifelong adventure. www.baumgartnerracecars.com There is a picture in the April 1996 V-8 registry in her last completed form.
Looks like I will have a lot of Crown parts to sell. I’m using my Bob Coffin built transaxles, but I also have unused parts from Bob (rotors, calipers, hubs, springs ) all in the box Bob sent them in back in 1996. Never got around to doing those upgrades. Life got in the way!
To anyone that's interested I have disassembled my 65 Crown car and have all the parts for sale including never installed parts from Bob Coffin including 2 complete Transaxle's, complete disc brake conversion and many, many other parts. Keeping the body, which is just a shell now, for a future full tube chassis car.
