Randall Weller, '66 V8 Corsa - Reading, Pennsylvania

1966 Corvair Corsa. Still unibody with stock front suspension and the addition of '90 Saab rear coil springs. Rear differential is '70 Camaro narrowed 10". 295-50-15 radials fit with the removal of rear spring perch. Presently a 350 Chevy with 2x4 and Th350 auto. Over the winter I will be changing to a .030 over 350 (355) and a Muncie 4 speed and a Hurst Super Shifter. 4 bolt main bearing block, forged crank, forged rods and pistons - and of course 2x4s. I'm 71 and you only go around the block once. So why not !?!?

Built the car as a Kelmark mid engine setup. Changed to front engine in mid 80s for reliability (heavy right foot). Car has over 30,000 miles on it as a front engine. During Covid, changed to manual rack, S10 disc brakes. Built wheels from Pontiac Rally II wheels. 99% 8f work done at home.
