Barney "Buck" Jones - Pebble Beach, California

My V8 car was burned to the ground in the LA fires. I'm going to build another and found the MID bellhousing casting but no input shaft. I think it is longer than stock. Clarks has one that is one inch longer and listed for mid engine V8 conversions. They don't know if this will work or not. Any help would be appreciated. This housing is not the CROWN version and adapts the SAGINAW bell housing diff face directly to the SBC back of the block.
