Planning for Corvette C4 front and rear suspension.
Planning to fit C4 Corvette front end using a "Flatout Engineering" crossmember and C4 Corvette rear suspension parts using the stock transaxle layout where possible.
The plan is to make a nice circuit car for track days. I would like to run 15" wheels so may use C3 rotors on C4 hubs and adapt Wilwood calipers. We'll see how it goes.
Engine is an alloy sbc 302. Got a close ratio big car Saginaw and a 4 pinion diff carrier. Getting a little excited but some hurdles to jump over down in Oz as regards engineering permit etc.
Please note that the chrome tubes in the photo are replacing the shock absorbers at ride height and a piece of angle to keep the rear wheels apart while I remove the transaxle and take the car off the hoist while building the drive train.
