Louis Pinard's V8 Coupe - Shreveport, Louisiana
This 66 Monza was purchased on Ebay in 2008 when I decided to build my own Crown V8. When I picked the car up I was told the Crown install was started in the late 70`s. Only the subframe and engine mounts were welded in. Car came with Crown 4 speed parts but later went with the big car Powerglide. The Monza in the photos are the result of a few years later.
Late model 350 with vortec heads with all roller valve train, personal built Powerglide with 3:27 Corvair diff, stainless cooling pipes with radiator up front.
Power brakes with front disc, Mustang rack and pinion and Flaming River tilt column, Vintage Air mini compact A/C and heat, Fiero seats, all aluminum and insulated engine cover that is easy open and removable, full removable trunk from early 60s Impala.
