December, 2015 Updates

2015 pictures, more body work completed. Had a great summer. Corvair ran great, all the mechanical work I did was worth the effort. The Corvair was my dad's, he still owns a 67 Vett and a Manta, it has a 283 with a Porsche trans Axle. It's like riding in a POWERFUL go cart!!!!

March, 2016 Update

Piston Power Show 3-2016, great time and I won a trophy. Had a lot of people ask questions about the V8 Corvair. Proudly sporting my Registry shirt.  Mechanically the car is sound, now I need to finish the body work.

Summer of 2016 built a divider from old truck cap, it's like driving a regular car...no heat, sound and fumes. Never thought I'd do this because I liked the idea of a motor just behind me, but much safer and enjoyable.

I've added a fiber glass lower nose, was easier than expected.
