CORSA CONVENTION IN DAYTON
Based on calls and text received to date, the Dayton convention looks like it will be a well attended convention by our members. Although there is a great drag strip located near the convention site, the cost is too high to schedule an event during the convention. Even so, the autocross on Thursday, July 25 will be staged at the same track; so it should be an interesting track day for V-8 conversions. Again, if you are coming for the convention, our Annual Meeting or the autocross contact me. Here's the details again:
2024 CORSA International Convention - Dayton, Ohio
Hosted by Dayton Corvair Club, Corvair Club of Cincinnati, and Columbus Mid-Ohio Vair ForceStart preparing and add Dayton, Ohio, the Birthplace of Aviation, to your list of destinations and attend the Corsa 2024 International Corvair Convention. The Dayton Corvair Club, the Corvair Club of Cincinnati, and the Columbus Mid-Ohio Vair Force had have worked together to host this event and they are eagerly awaiting to welcome you. Hotel reservations can be made now!
The Convention will be Monday July 22nd thru Thursday, July 25th
To help you plan your trip- here are the days of the major events:
Monday- Welcome Party with Car Display and Valve Cover Racing!
Tuesday- Concours d'Elegance during the day; Special evening event: "Dinner under the Wings" at the National Museum of the United States Air Force
Wednesday- Econo Run and Road Rally
Thursday- Autocross and Banquet
There is much more planned for your enjoyment and many local attractions to visit before and after the convention.
Check back for details on these attractions and more information about the convention schedule.
Registration will open in late February.

NAVIGATING THE V-8 REGISTRY WEBSITE AND FORUM
From the comments I receive, I often get the impression that many of our members are unfamiliar with our two websites. There is an overwhelming stash of information offered to our members and visitors on both sites. If you haven't taken the time to navigate these two websites, I encourage you to see what's there. If you don't feel comfortable visiting our sites, I encourage you to call me and I will show you where to find information easily. If I can navigate the sites, you can too. It's not difficult. Our Webmaster Rick Andersen has done a fantastic job of loading all sorts of interesting data onto both websites. TAKE A LOOK.
CONVERSIONS FOR SALE
It's almost Spring; so some of our new members will be looking for a suitable conversion and other members will be looking to buy something with different features. I keep a list of available cars that are for sale. Call if you are interested in buying a conversion or selling one.
