V-8 Registry Members,
First l would like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas with the hope that we all enjoy a Healthy New Year in 2025. Good health is so important these days. I especially cherish it at 81.
MEMBERSHIP RENEWALS FOR 2025
This will be the last reminder during December that membership renewals are due January 1, 2025. We offer a grace period up to February 15, 2025. Your last reminder will come on January 15, 2025.
Currently you can renew your membership for $10 IF you submit at least one picture not already viewable on your Roster page. Without a NEW picture membership increases to $25. If you DO NOT own a conversion yet, you are still eligible for $10 membership. We can't expect you to submit a picture if you don't own a car. We hope that you will choose to submit a picture of yourself for the opening page of the Registry Roster until pictures of your car are available.
After February 15, 2025 new memberships and renewals will increase to $30 to discourage so many late renewals extending into May and June. As volunteers, the officers don't always have time to update membership files as renewals trickle in for months past the deadline. Winter works best for most of us when outdoor activities are more limited. Like you, we enjoy spending time outside on pleasant days and not inside updating membership files. We hope that you will understand our reasoning on this matter. Remember, no one is getting paid to do this.
CONVERSIONS FOR SALE
As mentioned in the previous issue, a spreadsheet is available that list conversions for sale. If you want a copy send me a text or email. Perhaps you are consider selling your conversion. Provide the details and we will list it. As a member, you also have the option to post your vehicle on the V-8 Registry FORUM. Narrative can be placed in the ad along with your uploaded pictures.
